How do I apply for a Indonesia visa?
- 1
Create your https://indonesiavisa-dhaka.org account
No sponsor or agency is needed to start — most Bangladeshi applicants apply themselves, directly on the official portal.
- 2
Apply for the C1 Visa
Upload your passport, proof of funds (at least USD 2,000), a recent colour photo and your outbound ticket.
- 3
Pay the fee
Pay the IDR 1,000,000 C1 fee at a designated bank, using the billing code the system generates after you submit.
- 4
Submit the arrival card before you land
Within 3 days before arrival, submit Indonesia's online arrival card — a separate requirement from the visa itself.
What else do people ask about the Indonesia visa?
No. Bangladesh isn't on Indonesia's official visa-on-arrival / e-VOA eligible-country list, so the visa must be arranged in advance as a C1 Visa Kunjungan Wisata, applied for online at evisa.imigrasi.go.id.
No, per the official C1 page — a sponsor is required only for stateless applicants, non-national-passport holders, and nationals of Afghanistan, Israel, North Korea, Liberia, Nigeria or Somalia. This corrects what many agencies in Dhaka still assume; the Dhaka embassy's own process wasn't separately confirmed, so ask us to check it if you're applying through the embassy rather than the online portal.
IDR 1,000,000, per the Directorate General of Immigration's dedicated C1 fee page. A separate official FAQ page shows IDR 2,000,000 for a sponsor-required pathway, which a Bangladeshi applicant shouldn't normally need.
Up to 60 days from arrival, extendable online through the same evisa.imigrasi.go.id account up to a total of 180 days. The e-visa itself must be used to enter within 90 days of issue — a different deadline from the stay.
At least USD 2,000, or the equivalent, shown as a 3-month bank statement, a recent salary slip or a time deposit. This is an officially published requirement, not an agency estimate.

No. Only the embassy, high commission or immigration authority decides whether a visa is granted, so no agency can honestly guarantee it. What we do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and matches the official checklist, which removes the most common reasons for refusal. Be wary of anyone who promises a guaranteed visa for an extra payment.
Yes. Send us the refusal letter and the documents you submitted. We look at the reason the embassy gave, such as weak financial proof, an unclear travel purpose or missing papers, and fix that before you apply again. Reapplying with the same file usually brings the same result. Tell the embassy about the earlier refusal whenever the form asks: hiding it can lead to a longer ban.
