Visa
It depends on the country: each embassy sets its own processing time, and every visa page on our site shows the official working days and the date we last checked them. Allow extra days to prepare documents and book an appointment. Apply at least a month before you travel, and two to three months ahead for Schengen, the UK, the USA or Canada, where appointments in Dhaka fill up early.
No. Only the embassy, high commission or immigration authority decides whether a visa is granted, so no agency can honestly guarantee it. What we do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and matches the official checklist, which removes the most common reasons for refusal. Be wary of anyone who promises a guaranteed visa for an extra payment.
Our service fee covers a document checklist for your profile, a review of your papers, filling in and checking the application form, booking the appointment where one is needed, and guidance on submission. Embassy, visa centre and courier fees are separate and paid to those organisations. Our fee isn't refundable once work on your application has started, as set out in our refund policy.
On top of the passport, photos and bank statement, embassies usually ask job holders for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and salary proof such as pay slips or a salary certificate. Business owners show an up-to-date trade licence, company bank statement and TIN or tax return. Students show their student ID and a letter from their institution, with a sponsorship letter and bank statement from a parent. Each country page lists the exact papers.
There is no single amount: each country sets its own rule, and where an embassy publishes a minimum, our visa page for that country shows it. More than the balance, embassies look at the last six months of the statement: regular income, normal spending and no large deposit made just before applying. A sudden deposit with no explanation is a common reason for refusal.
Yes. Send us the refusal letter and the documents you submitted. We look at the reason the embassy gave, such as weak financial proof, an unclear travel purpose or missing papers, and fix that before you apply again. Reapplying with the same file usually brings the same result. Tell the embassy about the earlier refusal whenever the form asks: hiding it can lead to a longer ban.
Usually not. Most embassies accept a flight reservation (a booked itinerary) with the application, and advise against paying for a ticket until the visa is granted. Check the country page, because a few ask for a confirmed ticket. Our air ticket team can make the reservation for your file and issue the ticket once the visa comes through.
Yes. You can start on WhatsApp: send clear scans of your documents and we review them and tell you what's missing. For e-visas, such as Thailand's, the whole application is online, so you don't need to travel. Where the embassy or visa centre takes fingerprints or needs the original passport, you or your passport will need to reach Dhaka, and we plan that visit with you.
Flights
Usually when you book 6–8 weeks ahead and travel outside the busy seasons. Fares from Dhaka rise sharply before both Eids, from mid-December to early January when schools close, and during Umrah peaks. Midweek flights are often cheaper than Thursday and Friday departures. Fares change daily, so we quote the live fare and hold it only as long as the airline allows.
A date change is often possible, but it depends on the fare rules: most tickets charge a change fee plus any fare difference, and the cheapest fares may allow no changes at all. A name can't be changed to another person; airlines allow only small spelling corrections, if any. That's why we check the fare rules with you before payment and ask for names exactly as in the passport.
Yes. Most embassies accept a confirmed flight reservation with the application and advise against buying the ticket before the visa is granted. We make a genuine booking in your name on the airline's system, valid for the period the airline allows, and issue the ticket once your visa arrives. We don't provide fake or edited itineraries: embassies check them.
It depends on the airline, the route and the fare you choose, and it is printed on your ticket. Full-service fares from Dhaka usually include checked baggage, while many low-cost fares include only a small cabin bag, with checked bags sold separately. Buying extra baggage in advance costs much less than paying at the airport, so tell us if you plan to shop.
Your passport, valid for at least six months for most countries, the visa or e-visa printout for your destination, and your ticket. Airlines at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport also check return tickets and, for many countries, hotel bookings before they issue a boarding pass. Arrive three hours before departure, and fill in any online arrival card, such as Thailand's TDAC, before you fly.
Tours & packages
Every package page lists what is and isn't included in a table. Most of our holiday packages include hotels with breakfast, airport and intercity transfers and the named tours, with a price with or without the flight. Visa fees, most lunches and dinners, optional activities and tips are usually extra. Your written quote repeats the inclusions for your dates, so there are no surprises.
Not usually. The official visa fee is paid separately to the embassy or e-visa portal, and each package page shows it, for example BDT 4,500 for a Thailand e-Visa. We check your documents and prepare the application with you. If the visa is refused, visa fees can't be refunded, and hotel, flight and tour cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Yes. The published packages are starting points: we can change the travel dates, add nights, swap a tour, upgrade the hotel or add a room for children. Tell us your dates, how many adults and children are travelling and your budget, and we send a written quote with the full price in taka.
Because air fares and hotel rates rise with demand. From Victory Day on 16 December to early January, schools are closed and many families travel, and both Eid holidays have the same effect. Our package prices say which dates they apply to, and we quote peak dates separately. Booking six to eight weeks ahead keeps the cost lower.
Send an enquiry or message us on WhatsApp with your dates and travellers. We send a written quote; once you accept it and pay the booking deposit, we confirm the hotels and tours. The balance is due before the air tickets are issued. Keep your passport valid for at least six months and start the visa early, since bookings depend on it.
Payments & booking
You can pay by MFS (mobile financial services), by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer or deposit to FlyNext's bank account, and cash is accepted at our office. We send the payment details with your quote, and you get a receipt for every payment. Some official fees go directly to the embassy or e-visa portal, for example Thailand's through its listed banks and Malaysia's by card online; we tell you which in advance.
