Terms & Conditions

FlyNext arranges travel services on your behalf. Flights, hotel stays, tours, transfers and visas are provided by airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport companies and government authorities, each with their own terms, which also apply to your booking. We are responsible for arranging your booking with care, but not for the acts, omissions or decisions of these suppliers and authorities.

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Until a booking is confirmed and paid, prices and availability can change.
• Airfares, hotel rates, taxes, fuel surcharges and exchange rates are set by suppliers and may change before tickets are issued or bookings are confirmed.
• Prices shown on the website, such as “from” prices for tour packages, are a guide only. The final price is the one in your confirmed quotation or invoice.

• A booking is confirmed only when we have received the required payment and the supplier has confirmed it.
• The amount, deposit and due dates are stated in your quotation or invoice.
• If payment is not received on time, the supplier may cancel the booking and the price may change.

• Give names exactly as they appear in your passport, and check every detail on your tickets, vouchers and applications. Name changes and corrections can be expensive or impossible.
• Make sure your passport is valid for the whole trip. Many countries require at least six months' validity beyond your travel dates.
• Make sure you hold the visas, transit visas, vaccinations and other documents required for every country on your route.
• Provide genuine, complete and accurate documents. We cannot accept responsibility for refusals, delays or costs caused by incorrect or false information.
• Arrive on time for check-in, appointments and departures.

• Visa decisions are made only by the embassy, high commission or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted, or how long an application will take.
• Embassy, visa centre and courier fees are set by those organisations and may change without notice.
• Visa requirements on our website are general guidance, based on the information available when the page was last checked. Always follow the official requirements that apply when you apply.
• We will not submit documents that we believe to be false or misleading.

Changes and cancellations you request, and refunds, are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a supplier changes or cancels a service, we will tell you as soon as we are informed and help you with the alternatives or refund the supplier offers.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and lost belongings. Some countries require insurance for a visa.

To the extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for losses caused by suppliers, authorities or events outside our reasonable control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, epidemics, airline schedule changes or government action
• we are not liable for indirect losses, such as missed connections booked separately, lost earnings or lost enjoyment
• where we are liable, our liability is limited to the service fees you paid to FlyNext for the affected booking

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded.

Information on this website, including visa requirements, prices, itineraries and photos, is provided as general guidance and may change. Photos may be illustrative. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but please confirm the details that matter to you with our team before booking.

By submitting a review, you confirm that it is based on your own genuine experience. We may check reviews before publishing them, and we may decline or remove reviews that are misleading, offensive or unrelated to our services.

The text, design, logo and original images on this website belong to FlyNext or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by talking to us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you confirm your booking applies to that booking.

This document is available in English and Bangla. If the two versions differ in meaning, the English version applies.
