What else do people ask about the China visa?
No. A Bangladeshi tourist must get an L visa in advance through the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Dhaka. There is no visa-on-arrival, ETA or e-visa for ordinary tourism.
Only under the 24-hour visa-free transit: a confirmed onward ticket, staying inside the restricted port area. Bangladesh is not on the list of 57 countries eligible for China's longer 240-hour transit, which allows leaving the port — that scheme does not apply here.
Not currently. CVC Dhaka's notice of 24 December 2025 waives fingerprinting for all short-term (≤180 day) applicants, any number of entries, through 31 December 2026 — unless you apply for a visa type that requires a residence permit after entry (D, J1, Q1, S1, X1, Z), or fall outside that window.
From 2,400 BDT (single entry, regular 4-working-day service) up to 11,200 BDT (12/24-month multiple entry, urgent 2-working-day service), plus a separate CVC service fee whose exact amount isn't published on the pages checked.
No. Since 11 April 2024, ordinary passport holders must apply through the Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVC) in Banani, Dhaka, not the Embassy counter.
Regular service is 4 working days, express is 3 and urgent is 2, as quoted by the Embassy — though individual applications can sometimes take longer, so it's worth applying with a buffer before your flight.
No. Only the embassy, high commission or immigration authority decides whether a visa is granted, so no agency can honestly guarantee it. What we do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and matches the official checklist, which removes the most common reasons for refusal. Be wary of anyone who promises a guaranteed visa for an extra payment.
Yes. Send us the refusal letter and the documents you submitted. We look at the reason the embassy gave, such as weak financial proof, an unclear travel purpose or missing papers, and fix that before you apply again. Reapplying with the same file usually brings the same result. Tell the embassy about the earlier refusal whenever the form asks: hiding it can lead to a longer ban.
Embassy requirements can change at any time. Contact us to confirm the latest checklist before you apply.
