Travelling to Nepal from Bangladesh
Nepal is one of the easiest mountain trips a Bangladeshi passport can make: Kathmandu is under two hours by air from Dhaka, and most travellers arrive knowing the visa itself is issued right at the airport rather than in Dhaka beforehand.
A first trip usually centres on the Kathmandu valley — Durbar Square, Swayambhunath and Pashupatinath, then a short flight or a day's drive to Pokhara for the lakes and the mountain views of the Annapurna range. Travellers with more time push on to Chitwan for a jungle safari, or to Lumbini, the Buddha's birthplace near the Indian border, reachable through its own small airport.
Because Nepal treats Bangladesh as a SAARC neighbour, the paperwork is lighter than most other trips this far from home: the visa is collected on arrival, in dollars, and the first short visit of the calendar year doesn't cost anything at all.

What do travellers ask about Nepal?
Five to six days covers Kathmandu and Pokhara at a comfortable pace, with a day for the valley's heritage sites and two or three around Pokhara's lakes and viewpoints. Add two more days for a Chitwan safari, or a day trip to Lumbini if your flight route allows it.
Most itineraries do both: Kathmandu for temples, old squares and the capital's energy, Pokhara for the lakeside calm and close-up mountain views. They're connected by a short domestic flight or a scenic drive of six to seven hours, so a single trip comfortably takes in both.
Skies are clearest in the dry months around autumn and spring, when the Annapurna range is usually visible from the lakeside without a long trek. The monsoon months bring cloud cover that can hide the mountains for days at a time, so travellers chasing mountain views plan around the rains.
